Player's Name: Wreckless
Characters Played Here: None atm
Character: Lydia Martin
Series/Canon: Teen Wolf
From When? After 3b, CRAU involved
Previous Game(s): Gotham, quite a while ago lol
History: Wiki link
Shortly after 3B, Lydia found herself stolen away to Gotham where she was cut off from the rest of the world.
- Arrived in the middle of a forest with a bunch of other new arrivals
- Managed to escape with some help from Gothamites, had to evade and escape dinosaurs
- Found out there were aliens that played a part in keeping them cut off from the rest of the world
- Made friends with Jordan Cavanaugh and Bones McCoy who acted as sort of adopted parents to her
- Reunited with Allison and the two lived with each other for awhile
- Started working for Pepper Potts as an assistant and helped Jemma Simmons part-time
- Started having strange dreams involving Sam Winchester and Tim Drake, eventually realized that they were trapped in an afterlife (Mictlan) and she was able to reach/communicate with them because of her banshee powers
- Through the dreams, Lydia and Tim grew closer to each other. Eventually, they admitted to having feelings for each other and started a relationship upon his escape from the afterlife with Sam
- Lydia continued to work on her powers and train with Danielle Moonstar, Tim, and John Constantine. Mostly since she was experiencing missing time because of the banshee taking over and leading her to dead bodies/dangerous situations
- She learned basic hand to hand as well as how to use her scream defensively to protect herself.
Does your character have any close ties to existing canon characters? I'll answer since she does have CRAU but no. At least, none set beforehand. For any duplicates of people she knows, Lydia has learned not to say anything to them about potentially knowing a version of them from another verse. She understands that knowing multiple versions of a person is possible in the multiverse.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting? Lydia would accept the offer because she wouldn't feel right about returning home given all her years in Gotham. She is in her early twenties now, she has learned a lot and she doesn't want to lose that knowledge no matter how much she misses her pack. She knows there is a chance she will see them again because of the multiverse rules. Because of her experience, that is why I think she will work in-game and make friendships with other characters.
How do you plan to expand their CR? I don't have any plots planned for the moment but Lydia is a social butterfly, she isn't shy about approaching people or talking to them. Or getting involved in plots if she feels someone needs help or I just feel mean to do something to her. Plus I do have friends in-game, so I'll throw Lydia at their muses too.
What will your character do for work? One of the first things Lydia will do is find a job. She'll probably look for a job at a cafe, store, or the school until she finds something that suits her.
Inventory: The clothes that she has one, a necklace with a single pearl pendant on it and, if acceptable, her pet Mia. She calls Mia a "death puppy" because it was a dog she inherited from Hades, coming from his dog and a random dog it got pregnant. The dog looks quite normal but can sense ghosts and alerts Lydia if there is a problem. Mia has also been trained to follow Lydia when she is having a "banshee moment" to keep her safe and they have a telepathic connection from the other game. If that doesn't work, I can revise it.

Standing in the middle of the hallway surrounded by a row of lockers on either side of her, Lydia Martin had to wonder if every high school smelled and felt the same. Not that she had been inside of a school for a few years now but stepping into this one felt like it had the power to pull her back to another time and place. Any minute now, she expected to see Scott and Stiles rounding a corner, locked in a debate about some movie or game or potentially deadly situation that needed their attention.
Despite knowing better, she half expected Allison to appear too. Most likely with Isaac on her heels as he had a habit of following the huntress around like a lost puppy dog if he wasn't hanging around Scott.
Giving a little shake of her head, Lydia pulled herself from her thoughts and memories as she reminded herself that her friends were far from her at the moment. Hopefully, they were safe and happy. Most likely unaware of the fact that she was gone because they would have another version of her filling in and living the life she would have lived if she hadn't been pulled to another universe. Perhaps that was why she had taken the offer to come to New Dodge. It was a chance to continue living the life she had now, exploring and learning new things. Meeting new people and making new connections along with learning more about herself. Maybe even about her power.
But that didn't mean she didn't miss her old life or her 'pack', she realized with a wistful smile on her lips.
Turning about to head back towards the front of the school, the sound of her heels clicking over the smooth floor filled the otherwise silent hallway. Luckily for her, it was day time and the classes were filled with kids which were a comfort as she had learned a long time ago that creeping around an empty school at night would often lead to bad things happening. But she could most definitely handle being there during the day, maybe even to work for a little while since finding a job was important and she didn't like being bored. So she was making her way to the office to talk to whoever was in charge so she could arrange an interview and a chance to convince them that hiring her was one of the better decisions they could make.
